Due to the nature of these products being instantly accessible and downloadable, we do not offer refunds after purchase. Missy Brand Merchandise (Cups, Shirts, Sweaters, Hats, etc.): For Missy Brand merchandise, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition. Please note that personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect in the product. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
